I was merely trying to choose the best offer that I wanted and that offer did not start until 4:00 p.m. I was appalled and totally offended as the rules had obviously changed and I had at no point tried to "disobey" their ridiculous rules. I tried to explain what my situation was, however, customer service just accused me of trying to cheat the system by - a) use multiple offers on one order, b) using offers more than one time in 30 days, and c) knowingly not follow their rules. As long as CouponCabin gets their commission from you using their website, they really don't care what offer you receive. I have been a member since last year during Black Friday season and all was well until I ordered yesterday from a company and apparently now you're not able to click on "possible" coupons or deals you may want to use because the system will think you are going to use one of these, whether it is the best option for you or not. Ebates has much better stand up customer service and offers that will come through for the user! I did not ever have any luck with this site and would not advise it to anyone. I was shocked by their practices and blunt customer service. and they responded that once an account is closed, they block my entire IP Address permanently with no exceptions. I emailed customer service asking that they remove the block, so I could access coupons, etc. I eventually ended up asking that they close my account, and then I discovered that they blocked my entire computer from even entering their site to use coupons, etc. Coupon Cabin sounds great upon first glance, but BEWARE! Their customer service is horrible and they promise deals that are too good to be true! I participated in some Member's Only deals and after being taken advantage of on several, I asked the company for assistance in receiving help.
